Appeals & complaints

If authors have an issue with the review process, then the first to approach and address the issue is the associate editor or the Copernicus Publications Editorial Support. If they cannot address the issue, or if the issue relates to the associate editor, then the author can approach the co-editors-in-chief. In the exceptional case that an issue cannot be solved by the co-editor-in-chief, the author can contact the editorial support staff of Copernicus Publications.
